How do I make a reservation?
Go to our contact page and complete the form. We will respond to you with availability and quote as soon as possible. We require a 25% non-refundable deposit with each booking to secure the date. The remaining balance is due prior to set up on the day of your event. If you would like to pay the full amount in advance, we will be happy to assist you.

Do you assemble the equipment?
Yes. We deliver, set up, and collect all of the equipment. We ask for a minimum of 1 hour for set up and 1 hour for breakdown. Set up and break down time will not include your booked time, so you will get to use the full paid time to play.
Do you clean your equipment?
Yes. All equipment is thoroughly disinfected between use.
What do you use to clean the equipment?
We use a commercial grade cleaner that acts as cleaner, disinfectant, sanitizer, mildewstat, virucide, and deodorizer.
Are you insured?
Yes. We are also glad to provide a certificate of insurance if needed for the venue. A liability waiver form will need to be signed prior to setting up the equipment.
Do you provide supervision?
No. It is the hirer's responsibility to ensure there is a responsible and suitable adult supervision of the equipment and those using it at ALL TIMES. Please always consider the appropriate ratio of children on the equipment to the number of adult supervisors assisting them.
How many children can accommodate the play area?
Always ensure that the equipment is not overcrowded, and limit the numbers according to age and size of the children using it. Because the accommodations vary based on the age and size of the children, the following are estimates only:
You are allowed to reserve the equipment for more than 4 hours based on availability. However, notice must be given at the time of your reservation. Additional hours start at $75, depending on the package.
What is the cancelation policy?
In the event of cancelation the deposit will be forfeited, but the remaining balance will be refunded.
Can these units be used for outdoor events?
Only if the outdoor event is in a covered or tented environment with a flat surface. We do not like to expose the equipment to direct sunlight as the equipment can get hot. We will set up at parks as long as there is a suitable amount of dry grass with no exposed dirt. We do not set up the equipment on sand, mud, or dirt. Please remember to contact the park/venue in advance to determine the requirements needed to set up.
Do you provide a tent for outdoor events?
We do not provide tents at this time.
What if the weather is bad?
Because safety is first and foremost, the soft play equipment will not be set up outdoors if it is raining or if there are strong winds. In the event the weather is forecast to rain or have strong winds, or if the weather suddenly turns bad on the day of the event prior to set up, and no alternative indoor location has been arranged, credit will be given for a future event. In the event that it starts to rain heavily, storm, or there are strong winds after your booked time has commenced, it is the the hirer's responsibility to remove all children from the equipment and contact us immediately. We will collect the equipment as soon as possible and will issue a refund for the remaining time. If there is one hour or less left of your reservation, no refunds will be given. In the event of light passing showers, remove all children from the equipment and wait for the rain to pass. Towel dry the equipment completely before recommencing use.
